2. Trial & Free Content

We encourage readers to explore the free version of the newsletter before subscribing. This helps ensure you're confident in the value we offer before making a paid commitment.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but:

  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle (monthly or annual).

  • You will continue to have access to paid content until the end of your current billing period.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  • If you're subscribed via Substack: Go to your account settings → My Subscriptions → Click "Cancel Subscription".

  • If you've subscribed through any other payment method (e.g., Razorpay, UPI), please email us at nitinmadeshia@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

5. Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you've been incorrectly charged or billed twice, please email us at nitinmadeshia@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if an error occurred.
